  1. Dates:                    April 24 – May 1, 2023

 

  1. Cost is USD $3900 per person (double occupancy), $4400 for single occupancy.
  2. Program size is a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10.  Make a deposit of 50% to hold your place by Dec.15, 2022.  The balance is due and payable at the latest by March 15, 2023.
  3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
    1. If the minimum number of paid participants has not been met by March 15 2023, the program will be cancelled, and all deposits and fees paid will be refunded minus 5% (to cover transfer and currency conversion costs).
    2. Participant cancellation:
      1. Up to April 1 2023, 50% of deposit or 25% of the full fee will be refunded
      2. From April 15 2023, no refunds are offered
  4. The following items are included in the price:
    1. Pickup/drop-off at either Pisa airport or Florence train station.
    2. Touring to local sights.
    3. Accommodation at Podere Giusti.
    4. All meals and wine (except on 2 occasions when you will need to buy your own lunch).
  5. The following options are possible at extra cost:
    1. Transportation to/from other airports or train stations beyond Florence or Pisa must be arranged by traveler.
    2. Accommodation in a nearby hotel, space permitting (we can book it for you).
    3. Higher priced lunch menus or additional alcoholic drinks when we are on tour.
  6. All touring and teaching is in English.
  7. No smoking in the vehicles or inside the buildings, please!
